Welcome to Week 28. You have officially entered the third trimester. This is a huge milestone — the final chapter of pregnancy has begun, and meeting your baby is no longer a distant future event. Your baby is entering a period of rapid growth and weight gain. The brain is developing quickly, the lungs continue maturing, and movements may become stronger than ever.
