Baby is now the size of a lime

Congratulations. You've reached Week 12 and are approaching the end of the first trimester. For many parents, this feels like a major milestone. Your baby has developed all major organs and body structures — from this point forward, the focus is largely on growth, maturation, and fine tuning. Many mothers also begin noticing that nausea and fatigue are slowly improving, although every pregnancy is different.
