Baby is now the size of a lemon

Welcome to Week 14. You are now firmly in the second trimester, which many parents describe as the 'sweet spot' of pregnancy. For many mothers, energy levels continue improving, nausea becomes less intense, and everyday life starts feeling more manageable again. Your baby is growing quickly and becoming increasingly active — stretching, kicking, turning, and exploring their growing world inside the uterus. This is often a week when pregnancy starts feeling exciting rather than just exhausting.
