Trimester 2

Days 22+0 to 22+6

Baby is now the size of a large mango

Welcome to Week 23. Your baby is becoming stronger, more active, and increasingly aware of the world around them. Kicks may now be strong enough to surprise you, and you may even notice patterns in your baby's daily activity. At this stage, your baby's body is focusing on growth and preparing important organs for life after birth. For many mothers, pregnancy is starting to feel more physical as the bump grows and everyday activities require a little more planning.

Yes. Many parents notice a significant increase in movement strength during the early twenties.

Can my baby hear me clearly now?

Your baby can hear many sounds, although they are still softened by the womb.

Why am I getting out of breath more easily?

Pregnancy increases your body's oxygen needs and places additional demands on your cardiovascular system.

Is it normal to start thinking a lot about birth?

Absolutely. As pregnancy progresses, many parents naturally begin focusing more on labor, delivery, and life with their baby.
