Welcome to Week 22. Your baby is becoming stronger, more active, and increasingly aware of the world around them. Kicks may be getting stronger, movements more frequent, and your connection with your baby may feel deeper than ever. For many mothers, the second trimester remains a relatively comfortable stage, although your growing bump may now be causing some new aches and challenges.
