Baby is now the size of a pineapple

Welcome to Week 32. Your baby is now entering one of the fastest periods of growth during the entire pregnancy. Weight gain is accelerating, organs continue maturing, and your little one is becoming stronger every day. Birth no longer feels far away — hospital bags, birth plans, baby gear, and postpartum preparations may suddenly feel much more urgent. Your baby still has important growing to do, but the finish line is now clearly in sight.

Frequently asked questions

Is it normal for movements to feel different now?

Yes. As space becomes tighter, movements often feel more like rolls, stretches, and pushes rather than flips.

Should my baby be head down already?

Many babies are head down by now, but there is still time for position changes.

Why am I feeling so much pressure?

Your growing baby, uterus, and changing posture all place additional pressure on the pelvis and bladder.

Is nesting normal?

Absolutely. Many parents feel a strong urge to organize and prepare during the final weeks of pregnancy.
