Welcome to Week 33. Your baby is now entering the final stages of development before birth. Although there is still important growing left to do, your little one already looks very much like a newborn. Weight gain continues rapidly, the brain is developing at an incredible pace, and the lungs are getting closer to being ready for their first breath. For many mothers, this stage brings a mix of excitement and physical discomfort.
