Week 10

Trimester 1

Days 9+0 to 9+6

Week 10 of 4025%

Baby is now the size of a strawberry

Congratulations on reaching Week 10. This week marks a major milestone because your baby is now officially a fetus. The embryonic stage, when the basic structures of the body were formed, is complete. From now on, the focus shifts toward growth, refinement, and maturation. Although your baby is still tiny, nearly all major organs have already formed and are beginning to work together. For many mothers, first trimester symptoms are still present, but many people find that symptoms begin improving over the coming weeks.
